1.when can I get the quotations?

We usually quote within 24 hours after receiving your enquiry.If you are very urgent to get the quotation,please call us so that we can arrange your enquiry prioritily. Of course,if we will need some time if your enquiry are not included drawings.

2.How can I get the sample to check the quality?

For this kind of marble handicrafts,you know it's always a little expensive compared with normal building materials. We will charge you the sample and the related express cost. Of course,these costs will be reduced after we confirm the order and the order quantities are more than MOQ..

3.Can you do the design for us?

Of course,we can do. Customerized products are also welcomed.Maybe you should have to send us your drawings of handicrafts. And we need some more time to make the sample.We can discuss with these matters more clearily then.

4.How long can I get the mentioned samples?

After we confirm the samples and you pay the sample and freight cost(if you don't have),we will need 3~7days to finish the sample.The sampld will be sent out to you via express 3~5 working days.

5.what about the lead time for mass-products?

Honestly,it will depends on your order quanqities.Usually it will need 10~25days.

6.what is the payment terms?
